Stay Involved

Rotary Youth Exchange changed you. Now it’s time to use your experience to effect positive change in your community. Here are some ways you can do that through the Rotary District 6080 network.

Rotaract

Meet like-minded doers and get stuff done in your community.

Rotaract is a service club sponsored by Rotary International for ambitious young adults.

It provides a place for young leaders to share ideas and create change.

Whether based in the community or at an area university, Rotaract presents young professionals with opportunities to enhance personal development, aid local nonprofit organizations, and make an indelible difference, both at home and abroad.

Interact

Interact is a partnership between school districts and their local Rotary clubs. It provides students ages 12 to 18 with opportunities to make a meaningful impact in their community through service.

Interact is a school-sponsored club with a purpose: to create lifelong connections and foster international goodwill. Added bonus – Interact involvement looks great on a college application!

RYLA

The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is an academy for outgoing high school sophomores and juniors that want to add a little purpose to their summer break. But it’s not your average summer camp experience.

RYLA participants learn to hone their leadership skills and are instilled with the value of service above self over four inspiring days.

Rotary Global Scholarship

Each year, District 6080 awards a $40,000 to an outstanding student who wishes to study abroad. It is for one year only and open only to students engaged in full-time study in a graduate degree program.

Vocational Study Program

The Vocational Study Program is a unique cultural and vocational exchange opportunity between District 6080 in Missouri and a partner district in another country. The purpose of this exchange is to establish goodwill and understanding among team members and Rotarians in both districts while developing and formulating the necessary skills in one’s profession. And to implement a service project in a District’s community.
